RIGAS analyzes products using various analysis methods. The analysis methods may vary depending on the components. For products of the same components, the analysis methods may vary depending on the concentration ranges. Therefore, if you provide us with the product components and concentrations to be analyzed, we can inform you of the analysis method and equipment.
Gas analysis requires a line that connects the cylinder with the equipment, a pressure regulator, an MFC for the flow control, an MFC controller for the setting flow of the MFC, and fittings for connecting related components.

We supply products to various industries as we manufacture, analyze, and research/develop various standard gases and gas mixtures (for environmental measurement, bad odor measurement, volatile organic compound analysis, laser equipment, petrochemical processes, caloric value measurement of natural gases, research, etc).

Our major customers include public institutions, research institutions, petrochemical plants, measuring instrument maintenance services, and universities, as well as local and foreign enterprises.

We have established criteria for different gases. In general, toxic gases undergo dilution processes to lower their concentration to meet the emission criteria and neutralization processes before being emitted to the environment. Flammable gases undergo dilution processes to lower their concentration below the lower explosive limit (LEL) before being safely emitted to the environment.

If a gas supplied by RIGAS is returned to us for remanufacturing, RIGAS handles the waste gas. However, if the gas is supplied by another supplier, you may be required to shoulder the cost for waste gas disposal processes depending on the gas components.
